Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Virtual Game Currency), we generally do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on this website are virtual items (e.g., Game Coins, Gold). No physical product will be shipped.

  • No Shipping: There are no shipping costs or physical returns.
  • Immediate Consumption: By clicking “Buy Now” and completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that is supplied immediately, and you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under UK/EU Consumer Contracts Regulations once the digital content has been credited to your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Requests for a refund are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or our own server mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us, or the coins were not credited to your account balance. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date.
  • Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If the game currency cannot be used due to a technical fault on our side, we will issue a full refund or credit the correct amount to your account.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If we verify that a purchase was made fraudulently (e.g., stolen credit card) and the account has not consumed the purchased coins, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after the coins were credited.
  • You have already used/spent the coins in the game.
  • Your account was banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., bonus abuse).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team.

Please provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. We aim to review all requests within 24-48 hours.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. We are happy to resolve legitimate issues. Note that unauthorized chargebacks will result in the permanent suspension of your account and may be reported for fraud.
