3. User Conduct & Account Termination

- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment dispute with your bank after successfully receiving the coins.

Cougar Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to temporary server downtime or loss of data.
